The CONTACT TRACING LEVEL II consists of competencies that a person must
achieve to conduct case investigation and contact identification, conduct profiling of
contacts and follow-up, conduct referral to health facility, quarantine facility, and other
relevant agencies, conduct health education programs, perform data recording and
reporting and conduct monitoring and surveillance.
The BARANGAY INFECTIOUS DISEASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES LEVEL II consists of competencies that a person must achieve to disseminate preventive measures in infectious disease transmission and the importance of vaccination; and assist in the management of infectious disease in different settings.
The MASSAGE THERAPY NC II Qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to work develop massage practice, perform client consultation, perform body massage and maintain and organize tools, equipment, supplies, and work area.
The BEAUTY CARE SERVICES (NAIL CARE) NC II Qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to perform in enhancing of someone’s personal beauty, such as, performing manicure and pedicure, performing hand spa and performing foot spa.
The RAC SERVICING (DomRAC) NC II Qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to enable him/her to install, service, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair domestic air-conditioning and refrigeration units.
The ELECTRONIC PRODUCTS ASSEMBLY AND SERVICING NC II Qualification consists of competencies that a person must possess to assemble electronic products, prepare printed circuit boards (PCB) modules, and to install and service consumer and industrial electronic products and systems.

The DRESSMAKING NC II Qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to enable him/her to draft and cut patterns; layout pattern on the material/fabric, sew material/fabric, and apply finishing touches on the ladies casual apparel of the Garment sector. Casual Apparel consists of casual dress, blouse, skirt, trousers, shorts and culottes.
The Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC II Qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to enable him/her to install and maintain electrical wiring, lighting, and related equipment and systems where the voltage does not exceed 600 volts in residential houses/buildings.
